Radiant Church

Radiant Church is an Assemblies of God congregation in Surprise, Arizona, northwest of Phoenix, founded in 1997 by Lee McFarland. It grew to over 6,000 attendees within a decade and became one of the largest churches in its denomination. Today Caden Metcalf leads the church with his wife Hope, and Radiant operates multiple locations in the West Valley, including Surprise, El Mirage, and Sun City. The church markets itself as a family-friendly church for people who gave up on church.

Radiant's combined reach is 36,008 followers, the second-smallest total in the 41-to-50 band, spread across all four major platforms. Verified Instagram leads at 19,684 followers, with Facebook at 10,265, YouTube at 4,970, and TikTok at 1,089. The YouTube channel grew 31.13 percent over the past year, with content published as recently as June 8. Like Anthem Church two spots above it, Radiant is small everywhere and growing fast almost everywhere.

At 4,970 subscribers it is the smallest YouTube channel in the top 50, and sustaining 30 percent growth gets harder as novelty fades. For now, Radiant earns its spot the same way Anthem does: by treating every platform like it counts.
