Union Church

Union Church is headquartered in Glen Burnie, Maryland, led by senior pastor Stephen Chandler. The church began in 2011 as Destiny Harvest Church in Woodlawn, Maryland, later shortened to Destiny Church, and took its current name in April 2021 when Destiny merged with i5 City Church. The non-denominational multisite has since expanded across Maryland and into Charlotte, North Carolina and Falls Church, Virginia. Chandler, whose father pastored New Life International Fellowship Church, has become one of the most visible younger preaching voices in the country.

Union's total tracked audience is 1,765,603, and YouTube is responsible for nearly all of it. The @weareunionchurch channel holds 1.65 million subscribers, up 112.08 percent over the past year, with uploads as recent as June 8, 2026. Instagram adds 99,603 followers and Facebook a modest 16,000. The church has no TikTok presence. That makes Union one of the most YouTube-concentrated audiences in the entire index: about 93 percent of its reach lives on one platform.

Still, the core fact stands: a Maryland church that was stuck at 350 people a decade ago now runs one of the largest church YouTube channels in the world.
