Bola de Neve Church

Bola de Neve Church started in 1999 in an upstairs room of a São Paulo surf shop called Hawaiian Dreams. Founder Rinaldo Seixas, known across Brazil as Apóstolo Rina, built a Neo-Pentecostal movement aimed at surfers, skaters, and young people who would never walk into a traditional church. It worked. Bola de Neve grew into one of Brazil's most recognizable church brands, with congregations far beyond São Paulo. The church has been through heavy weather recently. Rina was suspended from leadership in 2024 amid domestic violence accusations and died in a motorcycle accident that November. The church is now rebuilding under new leadership.

Bola de Neve runs three active platforms with 1,279,848 combined followers, the largest total in this stretch of the index. Facebook is the biggest piece at 561,000 followers. Instagram adds 389,848 on a verified account, and YouTube contributes 329,000 subscribers through the @boladeneveoficial channel. There is no TikTok presence.
