Christian Cultural Center is the largest evangelical church in New York City, with registered membership over 32,000 on an 11.5-acre campus in Brooklyn. A.R. Bernard founded it in 1978 as a Bible study in the kitchen of his Brooklyn railroad apartment, left a ten-year banking career the following year, and built the congregation through a storefront in Greenpoint and a converted supermarket before moving to the current Starrett City campus in 2000. Bernard remains one of the most respected civic voices among American pastors.

CCC's combined audience is 126,402 followers across three platforms, modest for a church of its physical size but growing fast. YouTube leads at 64,600 subscribers, up 25.44 percent in the past year, with new content as recent as June 8. Facebook contributes 41,000 followers and Instagram 20,802. There is no TikTok account. The platform mix skews older than most top-50 churches, with Facebook still carrying a third of total reach.

What earns CCC its rank is velocity. Its 73.6 velocity score is the highest of any church between ranks 41 and 47, driven by that 25 percent YouTube growth. A 32,000-member church with only 126,000 online followers has an unusual gap between offline weight and digital reach, and the current numbers suggest the church is finally closing it. The math is striking: CCC added roughly 13,000 YouTube subscribers in a year, on a channel one-tenth the size of Saddleback's, while Saddleback grew 2.33 percent. If the growth rate holds, CCC's reach score catches up fast. This is what an under-monetized brand looks like at the moment it starts converting.
